Wind turbine transport logistics include the management of all variables en route between the production site and the erection site of the wind turbine.

The assignment is grouped into 5 sub-assignments:

• Plan optimum transport solution to site

• Collect all needed permits, certificates and documentation

• Inspect route and identify remedial work needed

• Negotiate and delegate all key responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee transport operations
