- The ability to effectively create a programme/schedule of work to show delivery times having considered the above points
- Negotiate with suppliers and contactor/s who are responsible for the on/off loading at either end and any intermediate points and arrange crainage, insurance and banksmen if necessary.
- More than aware of the appropriate health and safety regulations, per activity, and able to monitor and effectively deliver a safe team
- Have the relevant health and safety qualifications to successfully complete the tasks.
