The objectives of this work assignment are to erect the tirbine and install all WT components. The related activities concern the component movement inside the plant area and the installation of tower, nacelle, hub and blades and conclude with the assembling of components inside the machine. Different individuals are involved in the installation activities as the site manager, a coordinator of the installation team, the crane operator and the fitter. These activities are generally conducted in the shortest possible time and therefore require skilled workers.

The assignment is grouped into four sub-assignments:

• Component movement inside the plant area

• Tower installation

• Nacelle installation, hub and blades installation

• Assembly inside machine
