• Professional institute background or experience on the job.
  

• Knowledge of the WT components (weights, dimensions, shape etc.)

• Knowledge of the component behaviour in windy conditions
  

• Geomorphologic knowledge of the area.

• Knowledge of spatial planning of the construction site (dimensions, slopes, soil type)

• All skill requirements from the previous Work Assignment plus
  

• technical-practice knowledge related to the specific technology (WT).

• Capacity to perform high difficult jobs regarding lifting, transportation, turn over and positioning of huge and heavy components.

• Capacity to identify the most suitable connection holding points and the equipment in order to fast the components.

• Capacity to manage any emergency situations.

• Capacity to take all necessary measures to assure safety during work

• Able to work under pressure for long shifts.
