• Knowledge about electric plant engineering and specific electric components (electrical cables, electrical panels, electrical connections).

• Safety rules to work on electric equipments and installations.

• Professional skills to perform electric works on medium voltage.
  

• Capacity to perform piling works, to position and recycle cables.

• Capacity to execute carefully electrical connections.

• Capacity to perform high difficult jobs regarding lifting, transportation, turn over and positioning of huge and heavy components.
  

• Capacity to identify the most suitable connection holding points and the equipment in order to fast the components.

• Capacity to manage any emergency situations.
  

• Capacity to take all necessary measures to assure safety during work

• Able to work under pressure for long shifts
