• knowledge of relevant  instruction manuals for access systems

• Trained and experienced in using access systems.
  

• MOB, marine hoisting and other offshore training completed

• Team work and responsibility for oneself, and the maintenance team
  

• Ability to detect and assess possible risk situations during access procedure

• Preparedness and ability to act responsibly in emergency situations at sea

Up to data certificates:

• first aid (offshore)
